Presentation and Social Media Skills: Non CE Courses

The LEAP Project offers opportunities for continuing education, field experiences, and training. It provides professional development for faculty, preceptors, mentors, community nurses, public health nurses (PHNs), tribal nurses, school nurses, community and PHN supervisors, and local health officers. PHN orientation and mentorship training is also offered.

During the LEAP Project, web-delivered, asynchronous CE courses will be created and implemented. These courses will address the core concepts underlying population-based public health nursing practice in Wisconsin, the ANA’s Public Health Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice (2007), and the Quad Council PHN Competencies (2007).
