Find it on our Resources Wiki! http://research.son.wisc.edu/leap/resources.html

The Policy Development Toolkit was developed by the Northeastern Wisconsin Linking Education and Practice (NEWLEAP) Regional Learning Collaborative Policy Development Workgroup to guide nurses in identifying steps in policy development that may occur at the local, state, or national level. It includes information about the nurse’s role in policy development, Wisconsin laws, questions to address when developing policies, and the differences between policies, procedures and protocols. This toolkit also includes policy examples, templates and resources.
